Kevin and team were amazing today - helped us plan and pick our tile design. Great product knowledge and did everything he could to work around my budget. 10/10. Will be back in a few months when I move onto the next bathroom!

Great staff, they immediately recognised an old tile I took in. Unfortunately discontinued, but they recommended a similar one and have ordered me a sample.

Very poor communication, tiles were delayed by over a week Cheltenham store didnt think that was important enough tell me!! Huge knock-on effect when tiler booked in for kitchen floor, had to re-arrange electrician, plaster etc not very happy.. still waiting for a call back from the store manager
