Space NK Cheltenham

I visited this store on a Saturday morning on a visit to Cheltenham and the ladies couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful on my quest for a tinted moisturiser. I left this store very pleased with both the experience and my purchases. Many thanks to Rachel, a great experience I will return soon.

Staff give uncomfortable looks, one occasion nearer xmas time i went in with a friend and we openly heard them mimicking us and laughing as we were leaving the store.

I used to be a regular in this branch. Ive been in a couple of times recently and the staff have been distinctly off hand with me; looking me up and down before deciding whether to come and serve me. I get far better service, advice and a more enjoyable experience from some of the online offerings at Liberty and Harvey Nicks. Ladies, dont spend so much time judging, you might get better sales if you treated customers better. A shop selling premium products should match them with premium service.
