        *Update* After leaving this review, Andy contacted me to try to resolve the situation. I was sent the tape i was originally promised in the initial conversation and was happy with it. Just a shame it took all the stress to sort it out. I have updated from my original 1 star to 3 stars as I am happy the resolution at this point. I will give another chance with ordering again and hopefully will be straightforward. Order placed, 2 weeks later nothing has turned up. After an email I then got a despatch confirmation, 3 weeks after my order a diff product turned up with a note saying no stock, hope you dont mind the replacement product. I had no contact to check about this. The product was inferior. I emailed to complain and got no response, second email I got a call and was happy with being told I would be sent some of the actual tape I ordered and some other to try. Over 3 months later I have received nothing. Have sent 3 emails and every single one has been ignored. Disgusting customer service-AVOID.
