        Cannot recommend Paul highly enough and as another reviewer says he deserves an extra star. Very quick response in dealing with a problem with our washing machine and he even had the part we needed for repair so resolved on the visit. He clearly knows his stuff. My wife felt very happy to deal with him in explaining the problem with machine. Also a very reasonable charge.

        There should be an option for 6 stars. Paul's knowledge, skills and honesty have kept our rickety old kitchen gadgets going as long as possible but he's also very straight when its time for the tip.
