Very unprofessional, made me feel very uncomfortable. I've had snakebites done here twice both times one was wonky. Their aftercare advice is outdated. I went before with a friend and who asked for numbing spray on her ears, on the second ear the peircer skipped the numbing spray without consulting her because she didn't think it would hurt enough

THE WORST. Do not go here by any means to get a piercing. There is NO aftercare. My nose piercing got severely infected even after 3 months my nose has a raw bump (inside and out), is sore bleeding and still oozing pus everyday! Despite keeping up with the cleaning routine that I was told to do which turned out to be wrong. They also pierced my nose with a hoop when youre meant to start off with a stud to aid healing. Equipment was handled without gloves. Had to go to another local piercer to have my hoop taken out and changed and told the hoop they put in was a pile of rubbish and probably was one of the reasons my nose got infected. I did go back to this place a month after the piercing to explain that my hoop was too big and causing irritation but she seemed so unbothered and said she couldnt help! Dont waste your money and go elsewhere!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET A PIERCING. I got my navel/belly piercing and my helix/upper ear piercing done 9 months ago. As many other reviews have said there werent any aftercare solutions but she recommended salt water. In both cases salt water wouldnt have helped. Neither piercings could be removed by hand. My ear healed reasonably well but very slowly. My belly button however grew a huge lump, bled and was too painful to touch- this was during and up to 9 months later. I only just managed to undo my belly piercing with pliers. I went to a different shop to get my earring out. This took multiple attempts and caused a lot of pain, he was so gentle but it was so so stuck it was hard to stay gentle. Eventually it was out and I was told it had been double threaded, no wonder it was so hard to take out. I highly doubt salt water couldve helped that. He then examined my belly. I had been given a 10mm bar, he said the smallest he would ever give someone with a new piercing was 14mm. Baring in mind I only took this out last night, he attempted to fit a 14mm bar in which a lump from the piercing burst causing me huge pain and bleeding and he couldnt get the piercing in due to the poor initial piercing, not the fault of the guy taking it out. He felt that sympathetic with the state I was in (and I have a great pain tolerance) he proceeded to give me a discount for when it healed to get it redone. Im not even sure I want to get it redone after my original piercing and I loved the way it looked. Multiple friends have just told me they have had the same experiences with piercings from scarramouch by the same older lady. Please dont think oh its only one occasion, it wont happen to me just take this as a sign. Dont get a piercing here.
