O2 Shop Cheltenham

I went into the Cheltenham store today (30/04/2023) with laptop issues and was given amazing customer service from Tristan, as a fellow customer service worker I know how important feedback can be and I just wanted to say you have a fab employee there & he deserves acknowledgement. Thanks Tristan!

Chloe and team are the most unhelpful people I have ever come across in any customer service setting in my life and thats no exaggeration. They refused to help in any way instead treating me with contempt. I had a faulty sim and they REFUSED to help me as the account needed a passport? Not something I was told to bring in by the 3 hr customer service call preceding the visit.. They didnt bother to check the account on the computer and sent me away. Do not go with o2!

So I went into 02 on Tuesday last week about a problem I had. I spoke to Chloe, she told me I try the customer service as she couldn't do much. When I called customers service they told me to go back to my local branch. So went in today and respoke to Chloe and my god! I can't thank her enough for the help she gave me and the service everyone else gave me too. If your thinking of changing your phone company then O2 is for you!

I was served by Perez (Hope I got his name correct). I walked in at 5PM and a lady said its too late to get a phone on a contract, but he turned up went out of his way to help me. I do not know where-else to put this feedback. please direct me to a feedback forum where I can re state the same feedback
