Excellent customer service, we was offered a drink as soon as we arrived making me and my wife feel very comfortable. They have a great range of kitchens, giving us lots of inspiration and helped us through every stage. There designs were great as well as allowing us to change it as many times as we wanted. We definitely recommend CK Kitchens to anyone.

Dennis was friendly and knowledable, which is good, but be aware that the design services is not free and without obligation. A 100 fee is charged, which is redeemable on making a purchase. On more than one occasion I have pointed out that the website needs to be updated to reflect this change in policy which was made 'last year'. Three weeks have elapsed and no changes have been made, which leads me to assume that CK are not responsive to feedback and have no regard for abiding by consumer protection regulations. Update 30.3.22: Following my Google review last week I can see that the reference to the dimensional plan has now been removed from the front page of the website, although not the page detailing 'How to get your 'Free Kitchen Design''.

This was my 2nd kitchen from these. First was a solid oak and the 2nd was a shaker and both where very good qhality. The units come fully assembled so makes the job a lot easier to fit. Jason dealt with me both times i tried to price locally and i couldnt beat there price plus if i needed a unit a different size they could do it which was a massive bonus.
