        Perhaps I expect too much, but I suppose I expect an agent to look after my property as if it were their own. After previous bad experiences it was such a relief to find Surelet. I've been incredibly impressed by the team there, who make me feel safe in the knowledge that they'll take all the worry out of letting my property. I couldn't believe how quickly they found a tenant - I'm so pleased that I switched to Surelet, I just wish I'd done it years earlier.

        Had trouble getting in touch with Hannah and Sasha a couple times but when we have been in touch they have been somewhat helpful in regards to the reference checks and general issues. Katrina has been outstanding, keeping in touch, following up our issues and very informative. Great work!
