Once Upon A Tea Room

Poor attitude by who I can only assume is the owner when we overran on a hen do, threatening to charge us for overstaying our welcome. The reason we were delayed leaving was because only one toilet was usable (one of them didnt have a toilet seat!) and the queue to pay. She even threatened to check the CCTV to see how long we had been waiting! Appalling! Would not return because of the attitude, cost and there are much nicer (and more elegant) places to get afternoon tea in Cheltenham.

Held my daughter's baby shower here with the biscuit decorating activity. The table and area was nicely decorated and the afternoon tea was lovely with delicious cakes and sandwiches. Vegetarians and Vegans were well catered for too and we all very much enjoyed it!

Really lovely spot, you would miss it if your not looking for it. Lovely team, gorgeous atmosphere and lovely afternoon tea. They even catered for my allergy and provided alternative sandwich options! Highly recommend! Parking: Just a short walk from the parking in Pitville Park.

Took my mum for her birthday. Booking is recommended. Our table was ready for arrival and the food was great and well presented. Lovely touch of a birthday cake, too. Staff friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely return. Thank you once upon a tea room.
