Worst experience ! I have booked a LWB a week in advance for a home move and 24h before picking up the vehicle, I receive a call telling me the Van has been involved in an accident... overbooking? truth? either way, except getting endless sorry, I ended up booking elsewhere for nearly twice the price... No help whatsoever from GO Vehicle Services ....!

You should give us our money back, the car is dangerous. We Bought a Hyundia, advertised as having 56000 miles on the clock and in excellent condition. In realty, the vehicle we paid 8000 for in good faith has proved to be nothing but faulty. The brakes have failed me twice After purchase of the car the door wouldn't lock, (my partner was taken seriously ill & was in hospital) the manager lacked any form of empathy, I had to repeatedly ring before anything was done, which took weeks to resolve. Apparently the brakes were tested, but I have since had 2 more encounters when the brakes didn't work... Chipped paint badly touched up was as Berkley Vale motors said the wrong shade of paint, oil leak, which means the gear box has to be dropped, slave cylinder, clutch, brakes all needs renewing and those are just to a few of the current list of faults. I am quite frankly disgusted with this company especially its manager who must have known the car was advertised in a bid to mislead the customer. I will be seeking advice from an independent ombudsman.

laughably the only positive reviews on here are from staff!! Check it yourself on linkedin, the company Should be called "GO Elsewhere"... serviced my Mercedes .. despite being told they have all the correct equipment they then couldn't reset the service dash warnings, the service was also questionable as my dash cam was left running.... left the garage as told the lights would go out after driving a little while... instead a fluid warning symbol came up within a mile of leaving the garage so i returned, was told to take the car to the main dealer down the road to get the lights reset as it was too new , of course Mercedes wouldn't reset the lights without having actually carried out the service , so had to all to be done again... save yourself the hassle. "GO Elsewhere"
