        I brought them new alloys to fit tyres on, they managed to scratch 3/4 of them. Then I had to get two tyres swapped over and it took over an hour - no apologies. Wont be returning.

        I took my vehicle here twice to have tyres fitted and I also included tracking. Both times they failed to do the wheel alignment, the steering wheel was off and my near side front tyre was scrubbing badly on the outer edge. I have evidence to prove the wheel alignment was never done as I took it to ETB and it was miles out. This is pretty disgusting to be honest, I don't expect to pay good money for something you've failed to do. I emailed Protyre's head office, but it just feels like I'm being fobbed off. If anything you guys should give me a refund for both occasions you didn't do the wheel alignment and for the extra cost of the wheel alignment I had done at ETB. My whole family used to use Bathwick Tyres, not anymore! Still being fobbed off because they don't want to admit they're useless.If you can't be bothered to deal with the issues you've caused I'll take it further then. I have all the evidence I need here to prove you didn't do the wheel alignment on my car. Update: It's now been at least 10 days since I made my complaint and as yet I've not received any answer from Protyre. Not even an offer of a refund from you for your poor service? Absolute disgrace! Take my advice people, stay well away from these idiots.
