        Lesley & Lewis are the dream team! After trying another furniture store and having experienced such a rude service, we made our way into Oak Furniture Land Cheltenham and from the moment we walked into the store we knew this was the place to be. All of the staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. Lesley & Lewis were on hand to help with our enquiry and spent time with us to find a few suitable options. We came back into store and placed our order with Lesley who made the whole process easy from start to finish. Her knowledge and customer service is something to admire. Lewis helped with the enquiry and was super friendly and nothing was a bother. We would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy furniture!

        A good in store experience, salesmen friendly and helpful, not overly pushy. Unfortunately let down by the quality of the products, cheap Chinese oak furniture not build to last, arrives damaged, missing parts, partial refund offered or a replacement, took the partial refund but after another few weeks the item started to fall apart even more. Not quality oak furniture as it looks like it is at all. Shame as it looked good in the showroom! Better quality items at same or better prices available elsewhere.

        Walked in. Was asked if needed help. Told him no was just browsing, he continued to harass us. Walked out in less than 7 seconds. Was ready to spend thousands. Your staff need training.

        Absolutely terrible service, was more than happy to take my money for a sofa over 5 months ago. Still havent received it and had 3 failed delivery dates and just a text on the day of delivery saying that its cancelled. Customer service are no help at all and just say they are sorry but nothing they can do!
