        Awful customer service. I bought a generator from them that had never run properly from day one, so I took it in for servicing under warranty as I've only had it about 5 weeks. After just under 2 weeks I called to check the progress of the repair, and I was fobbed off with "we will call when your machine is back with us". Today I call and demand to know what's happening with my machine, and the store assistant wasn't even reading from the correct job card.
