I've found all the doctors and nurses I've dealt with here to be extremely kind and understanding. The wait times when calling might be long but they're clearly doing their best with the current funding available to them.

Receptionists are so friendly and the doctors and nurses are wonderful with my small children!

The only good Doctor I have seen was only covering Maternity leave. The general attitude of the doctors seems to be to do as little as possible and I'm made to feel I'm wasting their time... I went with a multitude of problems on one occasion but I was told I should only be mentioning one at a time (even though it turns out they were all related). One of the problems was of a personnel nature and the doctor even laughed when I mentioned it. I was even informed by a covering doctor that my gall stones were probably the cause of my terrible indigestion over the last several years even though I was specifically told that a scan I had years ago was fine and nothing would of indicated what would be causing it... I presume like a lot of surgeries it's a case of give you some tablets so they can move on to another patient rather than actually getting to the bottom of a problem and probably in the long term actually save some money... And finally the problems I have had with repeat prescriptions over the years have been ridiculous.. Good job the things I needed weren't life treating but for anybody that have been, I feel sorry for..

A little shocked and disappointed to see so many negative reviews on here. The surgery and the staff, including doctors and receptionist are working under extremely difficult circumstances in a society where people expect everything yesterday. I have never had a negative experience with this surgery. Yes the queues are long but thats because many people need assistance. My need is not greater than theres and I will deal with the wait or try again if needed. Thank you to all staff for everything you do and especially all you e done since the pandemic began.

Had a fantastic experience yesterday with a GP who went above and beyond to ensure I had the best care possible and to avoid hospital admission. Thank you to all at the Weston house practice
