Had such a lovely experience today I had to leave a review, got to Lush early for a peruse before an appointment, ended up buying one of the new Super Mario shower gels, got nattering to the staff and was then given one of the new Mario Block bath bombs for free! Cheltenham has always been my favourite Lush store, every member of staff is friendly and up for a laugh, but today blew me away. Thanks so much

I had a really wonderful experience a few weeks ago visiting for my birthday, the person working at the counter was exceptionally helpful and friendly which really made my day and even gave me a free gift which was very generous. Thank you so much

Cannot fault this lush store, as a person in a wheelchair they made sure I could access the store via a ramp to put down and helped me whilst in the store thank you Em and Maisie.
