I had my first reflexology treatment with Nicky a year ago and I've never looked back! I had been experiencing low energy and mood, though hadn't realised how depleted I'd become until the day following this treatment when I felt more energised than I had for quite some time. Since then I've had monthly reflexology sessions, each one different. Nicky is an excellent listener, highly experienced and intuitively identifies what is most needed for each session. I have complete trust and regard for Nicky and would never hesitate to put myself in her very capable hands.

I had been seeing an osteopath for some time with pain in my neck but began to feel that a complete body massage would be more beneficial. I made an appointment with Nicky and I have never regretted it! She is utterly professional, always takes time to to find out which areas I am particularly concerned about, explains which lovely oils she recommends and then gives me the most blissful stress buster massage and reflexology. She gives you all her attention and you never feel rushed which is so special - but Nicky is a special lady as all her clients know.

Nicky is absolutely amazing, she helped me with SPD in pregnancy 9 years ago allowing me mobility during my pregnancy and she has been absolutely amazing with treatment recently for anxiety and stress, she is honestly a god send, I leave after my appointment feeling so much calmer and centred and the treatment helps so much!! Nicky is such a wonderful therapist, so client centric and a great listener as well.

Nicky is a very caring, professional practitioner who takes great care with the treatments that she offers. During a very stressful time Nicky gave me regular reflexology treatments which left me feeling relaxed and refreshed.
