I have had several reflexology treatments over the years. And Steven is by far the best, a fantastic relaxing and beneficial treatment!

Discovering Sole Therapies has been a God-send. Being born under a Piscean sun, having knowledgeable hands work on each of my feet for 30 minutes is a shortcut to bliss for me! I was delighted to discover Stevens practice just 15 minutes from my front door. What a welcome awaited me a beautiful fragranced healing temple, watched over gently by candle-lit Buddhas and (joy of joys!) a foot spa for me while Steven did the initial consultation. To have someone kneel at your feet and dry them is a moving experience. And the treatment? Well quite simply one of the best healing treatments I have had in more than 40 years experience of natural therapies. Ive been back for a second treatment and booked to return every month. It is rare to discover a practitioner who combines precise theoretical knowledge, skill, and an innate healing gift. Steven combines all three.

It is no coincidence that a 'treatment' includes the word treat and this is what you get with the very professional service Steven provides. So far, I have tried the R&R, hot stone reflexology and the Japanese facial treatments and they have all been absolutely amazing. The treatment room is lovely and provides a very relaxing environment for Steven to perform his magical expertise. The hardest decision for me is to decide which treatment to choose next! Steven also produces his own accompanying products including face, feet and hand creams which, along with the treatments themselves, all represent amazing value for money. Treat yourself - you won't regret it!

I regularly go to see Steven for reflexology. He is an excellent therapist and he always manages to relieve my aches and pains. My most recent back issue improved within 48 hours I can not recommend him enough.

Wonderful treatment and amazing therapist! My back problem eased immediately and I felt so uplifted after feeling low for so long. Since the treatment I've been able to motivate myself more and am planning to go back for regular sessions to help with other underlying long-term issues. Well recommended!
