An amazing holistic approach to recovery of a very painful back/hip problem caused by fractured ankle. Walked in experiencing acute pain; walked out feeling so much better and able to move. Never believed in Shiatsu before but I do now !!

I love my shiatsu sessions.I come away feeling calm and relaxed and each time know a bit more about how my body works. The suggestions l have been given about supplements to take have really made a difference to how l feel on a daily basis and l am constantly amazed at how much more energy l have. I highly recommend shiatsu and Andrea is just fab.

I couldnt recommend Andrea more. I was apprehensive as I had never received shiatsu before, and not only is Andrea incredible knowledgeable and professional, she has such a wonderful demeanour that you feel safe and relaxed as soon as you start your session. If you are curious at all about Shiatsu, then there is no one better to go with. I have noticed deep healing within my body, and I have also gained more understanding of how my mind and body are connected, with Andrea graciously answering any questions I have. You can tell that Andrea genuinely loves what she does, and she cares for your well-being. She is a rare one and you would be lucky to have her in your life. All my love, Emily x
