        I have four of my children train here, Lee and his team have been great with all of them so much so I now train here myself. All of the staff and learners are very welcoming to all abilities Highly recommend to anyone that wants a fun way to get fit and throw hands when needed

        Ive been going here for many years in the Junior classes. All the instructors and staff are kind and fun. I have loved it this whole time. Would recommend for anyone who wants to make friends or train.
