Spamming/selling personal email addresses on it's business lists. Edit: Emailing personal addresses and claiming "legitimate interest" and then saying people can "opt out" is disgusting. Avoid this company if you value your brand. Edit 2: Due to Acquirz failure to comply with Subject Access Requests the ICO are now investigating this organisation.

Contacted me via my business email with this little snippet: 'Your business and personal contact data has been collected from publicly available records such as websites and government records and combined with data from third-party data providers and is being processed on the basis of Acquirzs legitimate interests and those of our data partners and customers. These interests include our direct marketing and sharing your data with our data partners and selling it to our customers for their business marketing campaigns to reach business professionals like you.' The only credit I can give is that they actually bothered to email me to let me know. I don't consent and I have unsubscribed, but I suspect that they'll still spam me anyway. I despise this sort of business practice.
