I needed a certificate certified and this was dealt with promptly and professionally by Ms Carris Peacey. I was absolutely satisfied with the service I received. Also the 2 ladies working on reception were helpful and friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would. This firm has impacted greatly on my partner's health both mentally and physically in a negative way. All beneficiaries of the estate that HCR are dealing with in this probate case are of very mature years and need the details dealt with in a timely manner but have faced two years of procrastination with no feasible explanation and even total avoidance with replying to letters and emails. My partner is now of a frail disposition both mentally and physically which this firm has and will not take into consideration. This has been shown by their treatment towards my partner. Avoid this Cheltenham firm with their motto 'Passion for people' emblazoned across their reception area. (What an insult!) You have been warned by me and other reviewers.
