I reached out to Ross Aldridges solicitors , over a injury I had while at work , there was a time when it seem like Notting was happening, but every email every phone call was answered by Peter Trotman , who talked me through the entire process , it took a little time but Peter got there in the end , with a favourable outcome, I hope I never need them again but if I do I wouldnt hesitate to call . I used Peter Trotman because I was knocked off my cycle, the police laid 100% blame on the driver, but her insurance company didn't make things easy for me. Using this company, the process was simple and straightforward, but more than that, it secured a good outcome. In my view, the % that I "gave up" to the company was money well spent as they achieved a settlement far better than I could have done. I also think the way they treated me was very fair. I hope I don't need to use them again, but if I needed this service again, I wouldn't hesitate to ue them again.

They are absolutely the worst solicitors about, they take months to make contact and when they do it's useless. Avoid like the plague
