Im honestly flabbergasted that these people are still in business. I signed up a few months ago and just trying to get them out for my first appointment has been near on impossible. The first date was changed. I expected a call to re-arrange but nothing so I chased after a month and was given a date for this week. Then it was a no show! I waited in all day for nothing! So I called and was told sorry, it wasnt in the diary! I was given a new date of 3 December and guess what, just received a text changing the day to the 14th! Just awful. Im debating whether to just cancel my direct debit and go elsewhere as theyre just rubbish. Oh and forgot to say that apparently they dont give time slots for their appointments (if you can pin them down that is) and they dont text or phone so basically you just have to wait in all day! What company in 2021 makes zero effort to call a customer and give them an idea of time? Just rubbish. Ill decide this week whether Ill bother to wait until the 14th December as it could be another no show.
