Grass Scape

I chose to get my garden and top fence extension done by Grass Scape as they were recommended by my neighbours. They carried out the work to my garden which seemed fine at the time, the team of lads were good and hardworking. Sadly, there are a few things I'm unhappy about until this very day as it's still left unresolved. Firstly, we specifically requested for artificial grass without any joints so one large roll to cover our small garden but then on the day we got told the supplier has none in stock so we can only have the smaller size which means they will need to join the two pieces together and a joint line will be visible. We were reassured the joint won't be so visible overtime but a year later and it's still visible! Soon after the work was done the extension on the top of the fence started to dip and bend. It needed extra posts to hold it in place and and there's a small section of the fence which needed the extension added. The dirt soil they provided in the flower bed is awful! I found all sorts of stuff in there like broken glass, ceramic, screws, plastic, metal etc and I'm just not comfortable to grow any plants, fruits or veg in there. I requested for the soil to be removed and replaced with better quality soil (obviously willing to pay extra for the work). Tom (the boss) said he will come back soon to add the extra supporting post, add the extra fence extension, remove the dirt soil and that it will be done soon as he is always around the area. It's now been nearly a year and my calls and msgs are just being ignored! They've just done the job and disappeared! No after care service at all which is a shame to be honest. Tom seemed nice at the time but no care in the world after that. I definitely wouldn't recommend Grass Scape to anyone!

Grass Scape this past summer after the crew arrived. They were great! The staff was so organized and helpful, the roofers were fast and courteous, and it was affordable! I even recommended them to my mother in law. A big thank you to Grass Scape for making what is usually a scary job so much easier.
