Item is perfect as well.
They have BT issues atm but also used their mobile to keep communication lines open, much appreciated.

I wanted a ring with Welsh gold but after doing some reading discovered that one of the more well known companies producing Welsh gold jewellery, their products are made in China, and, being a proud Welshman, it was important to me that jewellery incorporating Welsh gold should be made in Wales.
And that is where Welsh Gold Shop comes in, not only is the jewellery created in Wales, they are the only company I am aware of who can show you their stocks of Welsh gold and they are completely open about the percentage of Welsh gold used in their items.
The Brecon Beacons ring holds a great deal of meaning to me, as I was born only a couple of miles from the Brecon Beacons and it was a place we visited frequently, so to find a ring, made with Welsh gold, made in Wales and depicting this most special place, it was the obvious choice for me.
I had a very interesting discussion with the owner, Nigel Blayney and learnt a great deal about Welsh gold. he was also very helpful with helping me to get the right size ring.
It is worth mentioning that thy can make rings to order so if they have a ring you like but they have none in your size, it is well worth contacting them.
I made the order for the ring on Monday, and it was made and posted to me on Friday which I consider a very prompt service.
I cannot end this review without mentioning the lovely box the ring came in, even the box that contained the box was really nice, with a golden Welsh dragon emblazoned on the top, but the box that held the ring is a work of art in itself, inside and out, you know you are getting something of high quality when it comes in a box like that.

Update. Order placed on 18 Jan phoned from Canada 8 times no answer, emailed again this morning no response. Probably have to put this down to a bad experience and loose my money. Beware of this company. Not recommended. Paul Morgan.
