Kitchen and wardrobes in a new build with premium upgrades. I have now been in my house over a year and Im still fighting to get issues resolved. My kitchen worktops were ruined by Abitalia's subcontractor. Yet to avoid resolution, I have been accused of lying and causing the damage myself. No one ever wants to leave a review like this, but I am exhausted by months of delay and cancelled appointments, all of which resulted in the developer having to use another company to finish off elements of the kitchen. Abitalia is a world apart from my last kitchen company who treated me with respect. I am also having to take Abitalia to court over incomplete wardrobes - again accused of lying, before blame laid squarely on shoulders of developer. This despite photographic evidence to show that the missing part was never fitted. Abitalia's response? After its latest 'review' meeting at my house, the company owner toured the neighbours to ask what they thought of me. I'd suggest his time could be better spent resolving issues, rather than rubbishing clients. Finally, 17 months after moving into out new home, the company has agreed to replace the worktops, but they are now discontinued. So, the careful selection process I went through was a waste of time because now I have to sttle for something different!
