Very affordable excess insurance. Much cheaper than taking out individual insurance from a rental company. They took less than 2 days to sort out the claim and it was accepted very promptly. Great service. Their online chat is very good and filling a claim is very simple. Their website and online portal is very easy to use.

Very poor. They advertise a phone line but in actual fact their claims business is outsourced to Swinton Insurance, who then make you deal only with a chatline. Not great if you have a complex insurance claim, I don't think.

Absolutely great, we hired a car in Alicante from Click Rent and returned it with a minor scratch. Someone must have knocked into the drivers door while we were parked in the supermarket. Most of the other car hire companies wouldn't have charged us for the two minor scratches, as they allow an inch or so, but Click Rent charge you. They did give you all the necessary paperwork to process the claim. I completed the claim form with all necessary documents and the photo's provided by Click Rent and the service from Insurance 4 Car Hire was prompt and efficient. The money was in my bank a week after my claim was made. It's so reassuring knowing that if you have to make a claim it will be dealt with without any fuss, I will definitely be renewing with them when it's due.
