        Requested a quote online and Ive since had 8 emails in the past few days hounding me to buy insurance. Quite annoying.

        I am lost for words. The company cancelled the insurance without letting me know, despite being given the renewed survey as requested. When I checked with them they could not tell me if i still held insurance due to a technical issue. I asked for the complaints team to call me ..... I'm still waiting. I have insured the boat for significantly less and the new company appears much more efficient
