We have always had good and professional service for fortnightly cleaning at our house from Happy Home Cleaning over the last 18 months or so. They are always responsive and flexible when it comes to timing and scheduling the service. Would definitely recommend. Service: Standard cleaning

We hired Happy Home Cleaning for an end of tenancy clean. Unfortunately the cleaning was not to a high standard and several cleaning issues were identified at the point of checkout for which the landlord wanted to deduct money from the deposit to resolve. To their credit, HHC offered to rectify but the landlord didn't take them up on the offer. We ended up successfully disputing the deposit reduction (as the landlord didn't take up HHC's offer of remediation) so we didn't lose out on any money, but it would have been a lot less stress for us if HHC had got it right first time!

Awful service! Was quoted 240 for a 12 hour end of tenancy clean. They only did 8 hours and then said because there were two cleaners that I owed a combined price of 16 hours. This was never told to me and not what I agreed. Did not do the clean well at all and now money coming out of damage deposit. I asked for them to come back and finish the clean and I am yet to get a reply. I strongly recommend using a different company Service: Moving-related cleaning
