This is a delightful hotel, even if catering arrangements are a little eccentric. The room was spotless and the shower was straightforward. Car parking was very reasonably priced and very useful. The only niggle was the app which I tried to use to check in. It didn't work, but fortunately there was a much more user friendly option once we arrived at the hotel. It was odd not to have a conventional Reception area but otherwise everything worked well.

A wonderful place to stay! As long as you are aware theres not a breakfast per se (you can grab a takeaway muffin), youll love your stay here. Beautifully kept, wonderful themed rooms. We thought the system in place (self check in etc) was ingenious! We walked to grab a local brekkie (thanks for the recommendation of Lucys cafe!) and an easy walk in central Cheltenham too. If were back in the area wed definitely come stay again.

Great stay. On site parking which you pay additional daily fee. No breakfast but they have available muffins, cereal bars, cartons of drinks and coffee to go. Lots of attention to detail in the room i.e toiletries, iron/board, fridge with a couple of bottles of water. Large lounges (one as a childrens play area. Plates, glasses and cutlery available for eating takeaways etc. Theres also a honesty bar. Great communication prior to arrival and on departure. Self check in /out, very easy and efficient. Theres a on call service if theres any problems. Rooms serviced every day.
