Ran into a snafu but the guy on the phone was on point and helped me out very efficiently.
Room was lovely, good setup with the whole ceiling skylight and a nice feel to the place.
I really liked it.

I was due to travel from Glasgow to Cheltenham for a conference over the weekend. Hotel looked stunning and was really looking forward to staying there. Unfortunately with the sad passing of The Queen the conference was cancelled. With no other reason to travel 5 and a half hours from home I had to cancel the reservation. Even though I was out with my free cancellation period the hotel were kind enough to waive my costs and issued a full refund. They did not have to do this and I am extremely grateful. I will definitely be re-booking with them when my conference is re-scheduled. 6 stars would apply if it were possible.
