me and my friend ordered on deliveroo, they phoned and said they couldnt deliver to me as short staffed and wed need to collect. We said no as dont drive and had paid the delivery fee. They refused to cancel / refund my order. So they kept the 30 and we never got any food. Reported to deliveroo and they refused to respond to them. Disgusting business
