Contacted Poppy Group Ltd for the fitting of a gas safety valve. Received a prompt reply and very reasonable quote for the work. John also gave us a quote for the fitting of our new gas hob. The quote was cheaper then what other companys had offered us so we decided to go with Poppy Group Ltd. Booked in a date for both jobs very easily via text message with John. He arrived on time and the work was done to a very high standard. The work took slightly longer than the 1.5 hours originally predicted in the quote, but John was very kind and only charged us for 2 hours work. Very professional and good communication throughout. Would recommend Poppy group Ltd services to others.

I recommend Poppy Group to everyone I know, because of the wonderful service that you receive from this company. Not only is John incredibly knowledgable and highly skilled, but he is honest and fair. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are not left in any kind of difficulty, and will always come up with a solution for you. Your home is always left tidy, his team are always polite, and you are aware of what is going on at all times - there are no hidden surprises. John takes pride in his work and cares hugely about the finish of a task. I could not recommend them more highly.

Yet again, I needed help from Poppy Plumbing in a hurry this week to fit in around another trade and to resolve a couple of issues, all on a timber frame new build project. John swiftly responded, and came up with elegant solutions to two different building details. He has a thorough understanding of every detail of construction, and was able to use that to get us the best solutions. Having a plumber that understands as aspects of other trades, and who is knowledgeable about all aspects of modern, innovative construction is a godsend. John has an incredible advantage over other tradespeople who 'stick to what they know'. He's passionate about pursuing quality in his work, and so is always stretching his business to incorporate the latest, proven solutions.

John and his team were fantastic - I needed help with a partial kitchen refit at short notice and they were a pleasure to deal with - prompt, tidy, pleasant to have around and very efficient. John came up with an ingenious solution to a wiring problem to get the job done beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for further work from them. Thank you!

John and his team are very professional, trustworthy and friendly. You can rely on them to turn up when they say they will (sometimes a rarity!) and do a good job. John had to return to our building project on numerous occasions and was able to fit in with the various trades and timescales, he took a lot of the stress away with his reliability and knowledge...I would definitely recommend Poppy Group...Thank you!
