Had my hair done here for the first time as my stylist had moved. Had to pay 10 for the initial consultation, which Ive never had to do before. We agreed to fade out my roots for low maintenance and I also got a cut. My cut was fine and Mia did a great job however when I went back for my colour appointment I asked them to actually cover up all my roots. They said this was impossible as it wasnt what was agreed and there wasnt enough time. I agreed to the original plan however they then did not touch my roots AT ALL. My ends have been maintained and treated however there is still harsh lines of my roots. When I messaged the salon inquiring a week later my only replies from the manager Molly were rude, saying that I had changed my mind (false as I agreed to go back to the original plan when they told me to) and that I seemed happy enough when I left, and that I should have come back the day after. I do not believe this salon has ever managed dark Asian hair and I will not be returning. In total I have paid them around 120 for essentially a trim and maintenance on previously lightened hair, leaving my hair looking almost exactly the same. Will not be returning.
