Very pleased with my experience and the finished result

It had been said that one takes a lifetime to build a reputation and one hour to destroy it. Regretfully, from my experience this hairdresser happened to present a practical case in support of the bitter wisdom of the aforementioned maxim. To be fair, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the quality of work itself, in fact I was quite pleased with previous 2 haircuts, which naturally didn't make me think much when I booked one day in advance yet another session. However, to my deep disappointment, I was contacted by Regis approximately 40 minutes prior to the scheduled visit and asked in quite a hurried and a bit irritated tone whether I would be able to attend their premises within 10 minutes. I assume it goes without saying, that for a full-time employed professional this sort of volatile venture doesn't suggest the best proposition, to say the least, for as any reasonable mid-aged person I somehow dwelt myself on a habit of planning my day and activities accordingly. After a brief exchange during which I believe circumstances were outlined clear, I received the second call, this time while heading toward Regis, and as if nothing happened, I had been delivered exactly the same message again asking to consider showing up earlier or waiting past the appointment time since the hairdresser were not going to be available at the scheduled time. I concluded the following conversation wishing them amicably all the best and promising them not ever in this lifetime (or for that matter any other lifetime, in case one believes in it; I don't) to bother them by showing up at their premises. I personally find it a bit sad and perhaps too harsh, indeed, 1-starring Regis not for quality of work, but solely based upon rudeness in communication and overly chaotic time-management misappropriations, but unfortunately this is exactly the way I feel and after some further rumination upon the subject I am certainly not willing to revert to a more favourable view.

A professional, spotlessly clean and friendly salon I have visited many times. The hair cut was excellent and I was shown pictures of styles so that I could indicate what I would like. My hair had been medium length and I had it shortened to a pixie style cut. I would recommend this salon which is conveniently situated in the middle of Cheltenham. Services: Blowouts, Hairstyling
