        Visited for the first time yesterday. A lovely warm welcome from Sue, and a great coffee. Then a brilliant cut and blow dry from Oliwia, she really listened to what I wanted and was fab. I love my hair and its the happiest Ive left a salon in a long time. Cant wait to come back! Thanks again :)

        I had a great experience with Francesco in Cheltenham. Olivia, my hairdresser, was so knowledgeable and friendly. She chatted to me about balayage (which I'd never heard of before) because I'd become reluctant about colouring my hair due to the regular maintenance involved. Balayage is a revelation! I'm chuffed to bits with the results. Olivia is a true gem, so professional and such a nice person. Totally recommend. Service: Balayage
