Cotswold Grange

A fine place that was warmly welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. A beer at 4pm while I awaited my taxi. No trouble, Sir. Organising your a taxi? No problem. So all in lovely. Room was at top of the house with v clean and freshly decorated bathroom with walk in shower. Cornish hedgerow scented shower products and the crispest of sheets. Great location for a 20 minute saunter into the jazz festival. Did the walk three times and safe and cool to return to the hotel. Concierge off duty after 10:30pm.

Everything about The Cotswold Grange Hotel was 10/10. From the direct enquiry arranging accommodation for 8 of us, communication, the service received from Becky, Kirsty and Natasha on reception and the amazing fresh cooked breakfasts both days by Vicky .. presentation and taste fabulous!, to the building itself inside decor and outside. The location a quiet road with a short stroll into town. Nothing could have been improved. We will be back. Thank you!

Good location 10-12 min walk in to town. Room 16,nice large room with sofa and chairs,the bed was largd and verg comfortable. Bathroom huge with walk in shower and large bath. All immaculately clean. My only negatives were 1. the hot water could have been hotter(seems it is regulated) 2.The TV could be slightly larger for the room. Breakfast very good excellent local produce. Quick polite service( you don't have to pre order). Large carpark out the front of the building. I would stay again if visiting Cheltenham.
