Good customer service at point of sale in store however the quality of goods delivered were not to guaranteed specifications.
100% waterproof fabric to sofa and chairs was unfortunately anything but. Moda team visited my home and accepted flaws in design and head office stated they were looking into a solution with the design and supply team in Vietnam. The sofa and chairs were holding rainwater and this was washing out the white powder fire retardant...Moda confirmed this.
Many emails and calls later all my outdoor furniture at RRP of 16,000 was returned and I was left with no outdoor furniture.
A very disappointing experience.
