The customer service level and patience of Julia, the GM IS BEYOND impeccable. I love how my vision came to fruition with the help Of these folks. Ive never ordered anything except apparel items from overseas so I did have questions throughout the process. Whatever disconnects there were in communication they were easily resolved. I will 10000% order again from here if I move into a bigger space. Oh yeah this is the three seater. That was slightly confusing but I cant imagine a three seater couch with three cushions in this space anyway!!! Perfect perfect perfect
