John from Trenhailes was extremely professional but also very kind and so respectful, checking every detail and even though we were a very small group and it was a small event, John made us feel like how my dad's funeral went was his sole priority and paid attention to every little detail, a very kind and highly skilled professional. If you're looking for an excellent funeral director, look no further, they were brilliant. Chris Parsons dealt with the family throughout the whole process, with kindness and compassion. He went above and beyond our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for him. From collecting floral tributes out of hours from our home and taking them to the funeral home. After the funeral I left my hymn book at the church, Chris personally picked it up and delivered it to my home. We cannot thank Chris enough. He was simply brilliant. And our family would to thank him.

A very professional and caring company. Organising my husbands service was made so much easier by using W S Trenhaile from the first phone call to the end of the arrangements. They made the service go flawlessly and exactly as was planned. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys x
