        Reading your reviews, I thought this would be a good choice to order some flowers. When I engaged in a polite conversation I found the person taking the call rude and abrupt. I understand the season is busy... I had introduced myself as Roger Sanders and would have appreciated a little consideration rather than being treated as another transaction to be processed. I did not wish to complete this order. I wish you the best for the season.
