        DLB fitted a new shower for me and removed an old water heater, replacing it with a new one. They also came to check a stop tap at short notice for my tenant. They were quick to respond, the office staff was efficient and very pleasant with a nice personal touch, and Jack, the plumber involved, was a good communicator and an excellent workman.
