Took in a cushion cover and a light weight blouse to be dry cleaned last week. The chap told me they would be ready to collect on Monday. Arrived on Monday, it was shut initially and had to come back to be told that the items werent ready for collection. Then received a text that afternoon to say they were ready. Made another journey the next day to pick up said items, returned home to find that the cushion cover was as dirty as it was when I handed it to him last week. Cushion cover then had a sticker on it stating that its been brought to my attention that the garment has been examined and that further cleaning would damage the fabric I fail to see how its even been cleaned? Looks like its been basically ironed and put on a hanger ? So popped it in the washing machine at home and finally its clean. Will not be returning with any other items, thats for sure. This business is not organised or professional. They have lost an expensive quilt cover we asked them to clean, and have made no great effort to find it. Avoid!!

I have used this location for years and have always been impressed with the level of service. I use it mainly for suits and trousers which always come back clean and well pressed. I have also used the repairs service at times and this too has always been carried out professionally. This remains my go to place for dry cleaning and repairs.
