It's a privilege to write a review for Spa Private Medical and to sing the praises of Dr Steve Pierini and Dr Lydia Flaks. The practice is relaxed and reassuring, and from day one I've found both Steve and Lydia incredibly friendly and welcoming. They both take the time to listen to me, and are calm, reassuring and utterly professional - nothing's ever too much trouble for them. Having enjoyed the benefits for the last three years, I have no hesitation at all in strongly recommending this practice.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Unbelievable rude receptionist Been to the clinic with my newborn son, and had numerous calls re vaccines where receptionist had no idea about anything and just decided to be rude. Dreadful service. Will make sure to share my experience.

We had our 5 month old daughters tongue tie cut today. It was 80% tied and Dr Pierini made us feel at ease,explained the process to us. Were already noticing a difference with her feeding and shes loving her freedom with her tongue! Thankyou so much :)

Dr Pierini at Spa Medical provides an exemplary service. His kindness and compassion means the patient receives first class care. I have no hesitation in giving 5 Stars.
