Really disappointed! In the last 3 years - completely useless! Online communication only, sending my children to the pharmacy!!! I am moving the surgery right now. I should do that long time ago.

On the phone for 2 hours, still waiting the reception to answer the phone . I was 3rd in the queue, it takes more than 45mins for each call? And if I can call in it is means the surgery is open so dont reply to say you are shut.

Online booking doesn't work, doesn't even allow me to select my practice from Inspire Healthcare and can't get through on the phone.

They always refer to pharmacy for any issues you call them. Also they can not follow up their own issues. My suggestion Find another surgery.
