The Divorce Manager Limited

Partner has now waited 16 month for a divorce. Straight forward no assets involved. Yet still waiting . Nobody answers phone, nobody gets back when you leave a message. Arrogant when you eventually get through. More costs added for time that it's taking. Absolutely disgusting I will not remove the post. 2 years later still waiting . Even if you knew my partners name you don't respond to any calls or emails . This is a true account of what has happened . 2 months later you now reply to my review , guess its quicker than his divorce atleast ! Now waited another 8month plus. Excuse after excuse blaming the courts . Now my partner received a email to serve his wife over facebook a letter . We have paid for this and you said this was dine before it was even sent to court i am now dealing with the divorce onbudsman and papers. Truly shocking company that takes your miney and fors naff all expect a call from me tmr

Absolutely disgusting service, took the money, was quoted 3 times on a fault but still didnt amend, sent papers into court and have now been issued a letter that the two main parts needed for financial settlement is missing. Trying to get hold of someone and cant shocking considering they have already been paid

These people are absolutely useless . I started my divorce nearly 2 years ago I'm still not divorced.they never answer emails they never answer calls I've paid them money and they done nothing for it. I was told the other day by email that apparently they can't get any information from the courtand to contact them myself . Errm hello I thought you were paid for that. I know there has been covid but this is rediculous . I suggest anyone that is thinking of using these people please don't. Save yourselves the hassle and money and time and just download the forms you need online or go to courts and get advice from citizens advice on how to fill them out as that's all these peopledo thru are just a middle man taking money off people who don't understand how to do this . I am now stuck I can't get a passport or take my children away until my divorce is through as if I do it now it will cost me more in the long run to change details . These people should not be practicing what they are doing and should be stopped . They have caused me such stess and worry it is unbelievable I am now under a gp for anxiety issues.

I contacted divorce manager in June last year with the hope of getting my divorce sorted.. after an initial very eager consultation and being told it would be sorted within around 16 weeks, I took the plunge and paid my money. After almost 12 months my divorce has still not been resolved. Unprecedented court waiting times aside, the service I have received has been shocking. A telephone number that constantly rings out to a voice mail, an email system that never really gets answered, and other means of communication that never get answered. I seem to be chasing my tail with them but after getting hold of someone being given advice and made to pay for services that are no use to the divorce process at the stage I am at!! . The most upsetting thing is the fact that after getting hold of the boss, eventually, being told that if I want to go somewhere else I can have a small partial refund! Like that is helpful to me!! Constant broken promises from someone who I put my faith in so that I can move on with my life.

Getting divorced is mind blowing. Solicitor letters coming from my ex all getting blown out of proportion accusations of this an that .. when mine started going to court carol spent ages talking to me texting me to get my stuff ready... thank u I'm happy with what you have done for me ... the fight continues but so far its 5* from me
