Stratum Dermatology Clinic Cheltenham

The most disappointing skin consultation I've ever had. The receptionist and team were lovely. However, I paid a lot of money for my consultation to learn nothing about my skin and was just prescribed a steriod. I asked for skincare advice and was told by the Derm that she didn't get paid enough by brands for recommendations and I should just use what I . She took up most of my consultation time explaining the difference between price if I were to go to the NHS for my prescription vs private. The poor attending nurse kept interjecting as she could see what I was asking and why but the Derm kept shutting her down. I really felt like I fought to try to learn anything but kept receiving evasive answers. I would sadly now, never return.

Amazing care provided by Dr Adam Friedmann. My 1 year old daughter had a granuloma appear on her face which i found very worrying, more so when my doctors couldnt provide us with a clear answer as to what it was. I contacted Dr Friedmann and within a couple of days he had Remi in for a face to face appointment, diagnosed the granuloma and came up with a treatment plan, all in the same day. I cannot thank him enough. Absolutely recommend!

Had an appointment with Charlotte to see if I was suitable for laser hair removal , which I was ! The clinic had a special offer on for a course of treatments which made it really good value. Charlotte was very friendly , knowledgeable and professional and we were able to start my treatment straight away . The treatment was a tiny bit uncomfortable but she made me feel at ease and used a cold air machine to cool my skin down . Which was Very nice ! Im looking forward to the end results
