I was skeptical in the beginning but after having had Ollie sort out my teeth I have to say that the surgery, staff and results are great. Recommended.

We were able to make appointments in a timely manner. Staff were knowledgable, friendly and thorough. Highly recommend.

This review has nothing to do with the medical staff, Dr. Ollie was lovely and took really good care of me. I was recommended to go to a dentist by my GP when i had really bad jaw pain on one side. They told me they dont know what is wrong with me, but i made a hygienist appointment either way until I figured out what was wrong with my jaw. After finding out it was a TMJ flare-up, a doctor in A&E told me it wouldnt be a good idea to keep my appointment since it would make the matter worse. I tried calling to reschedule on Monday (first weekday after I went to A&E), but they were closed due to bank holiday. When I called on Tuesday to explain the situation, they said they would reschedule an appointment for me only if I payed in advance (which I would have done), and that I would probably be charged for the last appointment as well, since I didnt show up. When I asked if i was going to be charged for both appointments they couldnt give me an answer. They said they would call back to let me know but didnt bother to.

Very professional and friendly. I feel confident that I receive the very best treatment and advice. The staff and operatives do their best to put me at ease. I trust and know that both Jo and Danielle are highly dedicated and caring at all times. I am very impressed and grateful. Thank you. (David)
