        Still chasing us for payment of a parking fine from August 2015, even though we sold the car in October 2014 - and provided them with copies of our SEVERAL notifications to DVLA confirming the new owner's name and address. Last wrote to TNC in January 2016 telling them to stop harassing us - then two days ago, they suddenly phone again, threatening legal action. Bring it on! And they are NOT tax collectors - they are just debt collectors, of the worst kind.
