Efficient doorstep delivery of short-life milk. Had to throw away two pints on Sunday morning that were delivered (and quickly put in the fridge) on Friday. It happens all too often: Cotteswold milk deliveries go bad really quickly. I will revert to buying milk from my local shops.

For starters this company isn't good to work for they can't set proper hours for instance you start at 7am an ment to finish by 4.30pm but you don't you have to work till at least 5 or 6pm some staff are rude an don't help very much they don't do stock rotation for instance when I was working for the company the forklift driver would bring in fresh milk an put it in front of the milk that needs to be used first an you cant really move the fresh milk so the milk behind the fresh milk is going out of date as you can't get to the back fresh milk it's just appalling

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the actual milkman who while under constant pressure to get the job done he does with a polite manner every time I see him even at 4.30am Now onto the office staff who frankly either don't seem like they wanna be in the job or to busy to answer a simple questions like why are you increasing the price AGAIN without informing the customer AGAIN !! It's not hard to answer , needles to say with the response from cotswold dairy of unfortunately this is now the price if you don't like it we can cancel your delivery , I opted to cancel and and went to milk more ! Delivery man excellent Office staff horrendous

Our family has being using using Cotteswold Dairy for >10 years. Always great service and beautiful fresh organic milk in glass bottles that dont leach chemicals into the moo juice.
